PINK FRIDAY EDITION

Try it worry-free.
You have 60 days!

At Legacy of Morocco, we want you to be 100% sure our products are right for you. That's why you can return products within 60 days, even after you've opened and tried them.

How returns work:

1. Nothing to print: Go to the return form and just enter your email address and order number.

2. Choose your products: Select right in the platform what you'd like to return and how you'd like to be refunded.

3. Send the parcel back: Once we approve your request, you'll get the next steps and the return address by email. Return shipping costs are paid by you. (Note: please send the parcel within 7 days of your request being approved.)

4. Get your money back: As soon as the parcel reaches our warehouse, we check it and process your refund within 14 working days at most.

How are refunds made?

You can choose whatever works best for you:

• Store credit, for a future order.

• A refund straight to your card (for orders paid online).
• A transfer to your bank account (for orders paid cash on delivery).

Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, EU)

On top of the 60 days to try the products, you have the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by European Union law. If a product doesn't match what you ordered or has a defect, you're entitled to have it brought into conformity (for example, replaced) at no cost to you. If that isn't possible, you're entitled to a price reduction or your money back.
The legal guarantee applies separately from the 60-day return policy and does not replace it. For any issue, write to us at contact@legacyofmorocco.ro.
