Reimbursement policy

AtLegacy of Morocco, we offer you the flexibility to return products within 30 days, even if you've tested them! We want you to have time to discover whether our products are right for you.

How can you initiate a return?

1. Log in to your account using the email address originally used to place the order.Log in

2. Find the order you want to initiate a return for.

3. Press the return button, follow the instructions, and confirm your request.

Important details

• Refunds for products will be made by bank transfer within 14 business daysfrom the moment we receive the return in our warehouse.

• Free return shipping to Romania: The return process is quick and easy with EasyBox Sameday. After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with clear instructions.

• For 2+1 free offers, all three products/packages must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns, where only the paid products are returned and the free one is kept.

• After initiating the return request, the product must be shipped within 7 days, otherwise the request will be canceled.

If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will be refunded. For partial returns of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
