Order Cancellation Policy – Legacy of Morocco
We strive to offer our customers a worry-free shopping experience. To that end, we’ve created a clear and simple cancellation policy for skincare product orders.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel an order placed by you, by notifying you through any means of communication, including by phone, without any further obligations from either party and without either party being entitled to claim damages, in the following situations:

Your payment is not accepted by your card-issuing bank in the case of online payments;

The payment is invalidated by our approved payment processor, in the case of online payments;

The information you provided on the Site is incomplete or incorrect;

Your activity on the Site may cause us any kind of damage or harm us or our partners in any way;

In the situation described under the section Payment Method Restrictions below.
If one or more of the products you ordered (and paid for by card) cannot be delivered by us, we will inform you and refund the value of the undelivered products to your account within 14 days from the date we became aware of the issue or from the moment you explicitly expressed your intention to withdraw from the distance contract due to this issue.
You have the right to cancel or modify the contents of an order paid by card until it is picked up by the courier company, as follows:
Online Cancellation
• Customers can cancel their order directly from the order status page or from the confirmation email. A Cancel button is available and functional until the order is packed.
Cancellation via Email
• Once the order is packed, cancellation can only be requested by sending an email to contact@legacyofmorocco.ro. If the order is already in transit, we kindly ask you to refuse the delivery.
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reactivated. A new order must be placed on the Site.
Cancellation Fees
• There are no cancellation fees. Order cancellations are completely free of charge.
Order Modifications
If you decide to modify your order and the new order total is lower than the initial value, we will refund the difference to your account within a maximum of 14 days from the time you notify us of the change.
If the new order total is higher, we will inform you of the new amount and reserve the right to not process the new order until the price difference is paid.
Payment Method Restrictions
• If a customer places two orders with cash-on-delivery payment and both are refused, all future orders will only be accepted with card payment.
Any cash-on-delivery orders placed after two previous refusals will be automatically canceled.
