How to use the band

Stay under a warm shower for a few minutes. If you use Beldi Soap, rinse it off completely before exfoliating.

Does it exfoliate as strongly as the glove?
It's designed for your back, where the glove can't reach. The result depends a lot on how softened your skin is: stay longer under the warm shower and use the band out of the water.
Can I use soap beforehand?
Only Beldi Soap, rinsed off completely. On soapy skin, the band slides and doesn't exfoliate.
When do I replace it?
Every 2–3 months. The fibers wear down over time, and the band is a personal hygiene item.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it after each use and let it dry completely. Don't machine wash it or put it in the dryer.
